Project Overview
United Utilities is delivering a full neighbourhood infrastructure rehabilitation along 102 Street in Fort Saskatchewan, replacing aging water, sanitary, and storm systems while reconstructing roads, sidewalks, parking, curbs, and landscaping.
This phased project is designed to modernize critical underground infrastructure, improve roadway safety and accessibility, and minimize disruption through proactive communication, temporary services, and resident-focused planning.

Temporary water services, traffic accommodation, and mobilization

Road Closure to be implemented on 102nd Street
Asphalt, concrete, sidewalk, and boulevard removals
Utility daylighting and staging setup

Service connections, hydrants, manholes, and catch basins
Testing, chlorination, and inspections
