Construction of a 13.8km of 150mm water pipeline connecting a County owned water pipeline on the north side of the City of Camrose, with a small industrial area in the Hamlet of Ohaton, within the County of Camrose.  The pipeline was primarily installed via horizontal directional drilling within existing road Right-of-Ways. In addition to the pipeline itself, the project also required the installation of ARV’s, Blow off valves, in-line valves and connections to existing. UUL proposed an alternate on the tender submission, switching the proposed PVC pipe to HDPE pipe, saving the Owner over $1M on the overall execution of the Contract.
